SPECCTRA autorouting produces great results for almost everyone. Here's what we find works best. Autorouting, like design, is an art. You have particular requirements. We can't guarantee that your placement will route at a specific set of widths, clearances and layer definitions within an initial layer stackup.

We provide the expertise to translate your specs into routing results. We never change your specs without your approval. Most jobs close to 100% or very close. The router can't solve design challenges that you can't solve manually. Our pricing policy gives you the most routing options for the least cost.

Pin total includes all pins, whether attached to a net or not. In general, jobs are not discounted for preroutes. Exceptions, of course, sometime occur.

The first complete routing cycle is $.25/pin. Subsequent routing cycles are billed at 50% of regular rate plus $50 job processing. Some jobs can't be predicted at your initial specs. Many customers want to try to save a layer pair. Our pricing policy lets you try a 'trial route' for an extra $.125/pin plus $50 for a standard job.
